Louisville area home sales up sharply this month
"Louisville-area home sales so far this month are up sharply over the same period a year ago, news that is giving local real estate agents hope the local market is improving along with the national picture.
Sales through Monday were up 27 percent over a year ago, although that number may slip chiefly because July 27 was a Sunday last year, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors."
